7-Day Return Eligibility
We craft our garments with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they meet the following strict conditions:
- Condition: Items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and free from any perfumes, body odors, or marks.
- Tags: All original ALIF brand tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must be completely intact and attached to the garment.
- Packaging: The original sealed packaging must be included and undamaged.
- Documentation: A valid proof of purchase or order receipt must be provided.
Closed-Box Policy Reminder:
As per our Shipping Policy, parcels cannot be opened and instantly returned to the delivery rider at your doorstep. You must accept the delivery and initiate the formal return process below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless proven defective upon arrival):
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Customized, tailored, or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Initiate the Request: Within 7 days of receiving your item, contact our Service Center at support@alif.clothing or call +88 09638 22 44 55. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and the invoice are included.
- Ship the Item: Our support team will provide you with the exact return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Inspection: Once received at our facility, our Quality Control team will inspect the item. We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
Refunds & Financial Terms
If your return is approved following the quality inspection:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Method: Funds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Mobile Banking). For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will request your preferred bank or mobile banking details.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), ALIF will bear all associated return shipping costs.
