Product Information & Accuracy

Visual Representation

We make every effort to maintain a close match to the actual product. However, due to variations in device displays and screen configurations, we cannot guarantee that online colors and textures will perfectly replicate the physical product.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors or omissions regarding descriptions, availability, and pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice (even after order submission).

Shipping Policy

We process deliveries securely to ensure your items reach you in pristine condition. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Closed-Box Delivery: We operate a closed-box delivery policy. You will receive your items in sealed packaging. Products cannot be instantly returned to the delivery agent. For returns, you must initiate our standard return procedure.
  • Delivery Restrictions: Due to operational constraints or external risks, certain locations may be temporarily unavailable for delivery.
  • Taxes & Duties: For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
  • Delays: Delivery schedules are estimates. While we strive for promptness, unavoidable circumstances (weather, operational delays) may extend timelines.

Comprehensive Refund & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ALIF purchase. Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original brand tags, labels, and stickers must be completely intact and un-torn.
  • The original sealed packaging must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase/receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, custom/personalized products, gift cards, or clearance sale items (unless proven defective).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return: Do not hand the product back to the delivery rider. Instead, accept the parcel, and if you require a return, contact us immediately at support@alif.clothing or call our hotline to open a return ticket.
