We process deliveries securely to ensure your items reach you in pristine condition. Below is our standard delivery schedule and current promotional pricing.
Inside Dhaka
Standard 2-3 day delivery within Dhaka city.
Outside Dhaka
Standard 3-5 day delivery for all other districts.
Urgent Delivery Guidelines
Need your order right away? We offer expedited fulfillment exclusively for customers within Dhaka.
- Urgent delivery is strictly unavailable for locations outside of Dhaka.
- Urgent delivery services are paused on FridaysStandard processing applies to orders placed on weekends.
Delivery Protocols
Closed-Box Delivery Policy
To uphold the highest standards of hygiene, security, and quality control, ALIF operates a strict Closed-Box Delivery Policy. This means:
- You will receive your products in securely sealed packaging.
- The parcel cannot be opened, checked, and instantly returned to the delivery rider at your doorstep.
- To initiate a return or exchange after receiving your sealed parcel, you must follow our standard 7-Day Exchange & Refund Policy and contact our support team.
Receiving Your Order
Your order can be received by someone authorized by you on your behalf. If you anticipate not being present, please inform our customer service team prior to the scheduled delivery to prevent failed attempts.
Order Tracking & Delays
Once dispatched, you can easily track your order using the Order History option in your ALIF account. While we strive for absolute promptness, unavoidable circumstances (severe weather, operational emergencies) may occasionally cause delays exceeding our standard timelines.
International Shipping
We are delighted to serve our global community. Because international shipping rates fluctuate based on courier availability, destination country, and package weight, all international customers must contact customer support prior to checkout.
