COD Verification & Booking Money
Under standard circumstances, customers can place a COD order without paying any advance amount. However, to prevent fraudulent orders and ensure smooth logistics, certain conditions apply:

If requested by our official support team, the booking money can only be paid via the following authorized channels:

- Direct Invoice: Via a secure SSLCOMMERZ invoice link sent officially by our team.
EMI Facilities
Please note that Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) facilities are not possible for online orders at this time. All online purchases must be completed in full via advance payment or Cash on Delivery.

What you see is what you pay. There are absolutely no hidden fees. Your final checkout total will accurately reflect the product price, VAT, and your chosen delivery charge.
Data Security
We do not retain, store, or have access to your sensitive card details or MFS PINs. All transactions are securely routed through SSLCOMMERZ under strict regulatory compliance.
Failed Transactions
If your card or MFS payment is declined during checkout, please verify that your 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) or OTP was entered correctly. For persistent declines, kindly contact your bank or the financial institution that issued your card.
