Exchange & Refund Policy
We want every ALIF piece to arrive with the quality, fit and care you expect. Please review the policy below before starting an exchange or refund request.
7-Day Return Eligibility
You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags, invoices and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery or purchased during final-sale campaigns are not eligible for return. Fragrance, innerwear and customized items cannot be returned for hygiene and personalization reasons.
Conditions for Return
Returned products must reach us in sellable condition. ALIF reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements after inspection by our team.
Closed-box Policy Reminder
Keep the original packaging sealed where applicable.
Products delivered in a closed box must be returned with the box, packaging materials, labels and invoice intact. Damaged, incomplete or missing packaging may make the item ineligible for exchange or refund.

Share Product Evidence
Send clear photos of the product, tags, invoice and packaging so our team can review the request quickly.
Receive Confirmation
Once approved, we will confirm the pickup, drop-off or exchange instructions for your order.
Inspection & Resolution
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the approved exchange or refund through the eligible method.
