Product Information & Accuracy

Shipping Policy

We process deliveries securely to ensure your items reach you in pristine condition. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Closed-box delivery: You will receive your items in sealed packaging. Products cannot be instantly returned to the delivery agent. For returns, you must initiate our standard return procedure.
• Delivery restrictions: Due to operational constraints or external risks, certain locations may be temporarily unavailable for delivery.
• Taxes and duties: For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
• Delays: Delivery schedules are estimates. While we strive for promptness, unavoidable circumstances such as weather or operational delays may extend timelines.

Comprehensive Refund & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include intact tags, labels, stickers, sealed packaging, and valid proof of purchase.

For hygiene and operational reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, custom or personalized products, gift cards, or clearance sale items unless proven defective.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Do not hand the product back to the delivery rider. Accept the parcel, and if you require a return, contact us immediately to open a return ticket.
