Domestic Delivery Rates (Bangladesh)

We process deliveries securely to ensure your items reach you in pristine condition. Below is our standard delivery schedule and current promotional pricing.

• Inside Dhaka: Standard 2-3 day delivery within Dhaka city. Regular charge is 80 Tk; currently offered at 0 Tk free delivery for a limited time.
• Outside Dhaka: Standard 3-5 day delivery for all other districts. Regular charge is 150 Tk; currently offered at 0 Tk free delivery for a limited time.

Urgent Delivery Guidelines

Need your order right away? We offer expedited fulfillment exclusively for customers within Dhaka.

Urgent delivery charge is 350 Tk. This service prioritizes your order for immediate dispatch within Dhaka city limits.

• Urgent delivery is strictly unavailable for locations outside of Dhaka.
• Urgent delivery services are paused on Fridays. Standard processing applies to orders placed on weekends.

Closed-Box Delivery Policy

To uphold the highest standards of hygiene, security, and quality control, ALIF operates a strict Closed-Box Delivery Policy.

• You will receive your products in securely sealed packaging.
• The parcel cannot be opened, checked, and instantly returned to the delivery rider at your doorstep.
• To initiate a return or exchange after receiving your sealed parcel, you must follow our standard 7-Day Exchange & Refund Policy and contact our support team.

Receiving Your Order

Your order can be received by someone authorized by you on your behalf. If you anticipate not being present, please inform our customer service team before the scheduled delivery to prevent failed attempts.

Order Tracking & Delays

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the Order History option in your ALIF account. While we strive for absolute promptness, unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or operational emergencies may occasionally cause delays beyond our standard timelines.

International Shipping

We are delighted to serve our global community. Because international shipping rates fluctuate based on courier availability, destination country, and package weight, all international customers must contact customer support before checkout.

Please email or message our support team with your desired items and delivery address. We will provide a custom shipping quote and finalize your order manually.

International customers are solely responsible for payment of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local levies imposed by their jurisdiction upon arrival.
